Phase 1:
Plan it out

We start with the strategy: what your bot should do, how it’ll support your students, and what weird dark rabbit holes or annoying quirks to avoid. Clarity before code.

Phase 2:
Bot build + initial testing

I build the bot, while you do, well, whatever ya want. Meanwhile I’ll be in full internet goblin mode, wrangling bot instructions, knowledge files and humanely-catching-and-releasing any bugs that pop up.

Phase 3:
You test, I fix

You (+ maybe a trusted student or 3) give it a whirl. You find the cracks, quirks and Weird Things It Should Stop Doing — and I patch them up until it’s behaving like the Goodest Bot.

Phase 4:
Hand over (incl. student training guide)

Once your bot is good to go, you get (easy to follow!) setup instructions + a ready-to-use student guide to make sure they actually know how to use it — so they can get the most outta your new bot.

Phase 5:
12 months of bot backup

Tech bros tinkering with AI models is pretty much a law of nature at this point… which is all fun + games until it makes your bot start doing something strange. So, if ya bot starts acting funky in the first year, I’ll sort it out — no extra charge. After that, I’m still available. We just talk $$.

  • I mainly work with Custom GPTs (inside ChatGPT), cause it’s what most people are at least a lil familiar with. Plus it lets us tap into Chat’s features like file uploads, web access and voice mode (think roleplaying the skills they’re learning). 

    Buuuut if you’re set on another bot type/platform, then lemme know so we can make it work. I’m always playing around in different tools + love any excuse to explore more!

  • Typically 3–4 weeks from kickoff to your bot being out there helping your students do the things they need to do.

  • Hell nah. Free users will be able to access + use ya bot too - they’ll just hit the pesky usage limits faster. 

    (This is also the kinda thing we cover in the user guide too, so ya not answering Qs about tech platforms).

  • Depends on the bot(s) we’re building, but they start at $2700 AUD (+GST for fellow Aussies).

  • Hell yeah. The standard is a 50% deposit to lock in your project date + 50% before getting your mitts on the tester bot. Or if ya need a different arrangement, just ask.

  • Not unless you want to. Every bot build comes with a plug-and-play student guide. You can customize it to match your course vibe.

  • You’ve got 12 months of included troubleshooting for any lil quirks or bugs that pop up. After that, you can book me for a bot wrangling sesh if needed.
